Product Commercialization Manager

We are seeking a Manager, Product Commercialization to lead the commercialization of new products and reformulations across Foodservice and aRTD categories. This role serves as the technical lead, driving projects from concept through commercial launch while partnering with R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, and Commercial teams. The ideal candidate has strong project management, food manufacturing, and product commercialization experience with the ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product commercialization for new products and reformulations.
• Develop plant formulations, mixing instructions, and maintain the KOMIX formulation system.
• Create and issue technical launch documentation including SAP, ECCnet, graphic numbers, shelf life, formulations, and product specifications.
• Assess manufacturing capabilities, coordinate plant trials, validate batching processes, and support onboarding of manufacturing partners.
• Provide technical guidance on batching, kitting, mixing, production requirements, and resolve commercialization issues.
• Manage ingredient supply risks, support continuous process improvements, and maintain Picasso system packaging components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or product commercialization.
• Experience with SAP, KOMIX, ECCnet, Picasso system, plant formulations, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and travel up to 10%.
