- A track record of evaluating technologies based on business value, clean architecture, and long-term maintainability over hype.
- Experience operating effectively within Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) in cross-functional client teams.
Why Join?
- Direct influence over secure systems operating in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
- Enjoy the autonomy, lack of bureaucracy, and direct impact of a nimble consultancy where talent and problem-solving ability are valued above strict tenure.
- Help build systems from the ground up using modern cloud-native patterns and best practices.
