We're looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Lead to help lead this journey by enabling teams to do their best work and deliver solutions that make a real difference to our customers and business.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Delivery Lead, you'll be more than an Agile expert, you'll be a leader, coach and change agent. You'll guide multiple teams through complex delivery programs, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and help create empowered, high-performing teams that consistently deliver value.

You'll:

• Lead and support multiple Agile teams (10-20 people) delivering strategic technology initiatives
• Drive planning, execution, risk management and release coordination across large programs
• Champion Agile and Lean ways of working, coaching teams and stakeholders to embrace continuous improvement
• Partner with Product Owners, Platform Managers, Business Analysts and Designers to align priorities and roadmaps
• Navigate complex dependencies, remove impediments and proactively manage delivery risks
• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies including Planning Events, Release Management, Inspect & Adapt workshops and Scrum of Scrums
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence outcomes across programs and portfolios
• Support talent attraction, workforce planning and the development of future delivery leaders

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who thrives in complexity, loves building great teams and knows how to turn strategy into action.

You'll bring:

• 5+ years' experience leading large-scale delivery teams
• Strong experience applying Agile methodologies in complex environments
• Proven ability to drive improvements beyond your immediate team and influence at program level
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and competing priorities
• Strong commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset
• Outstanding facilitation, coaching and leadership skills
• A growth mindset and passion for creating better ways of working
