With more than 450,000 members, we are a significant player in the German-speaking fitness market, offering diverse studio concepts to meet varied member needs. The Role • Build and manage your own EASYFITNESS studio. • Oversee all entrepreneurial aspects including personnel, revenue, costs, and quality control. • Lead, motivate, and develop your team of employees. • Implement local marketing strategies to attract and retain members. • Ensure an exceptional studio experience for all members. • Uphold EASYFITNESS brand and quality standards. What You'll Need • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-directed action. • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills. • A drive to build and grow your own business. • Experience in fitness, service, management, or sales is beneficial (cross-career entrants are welcome). • Passion for fitness, health, and working with people. • Available equity of €25,000 to €75,000.
