Bauleiter Mechanik / SHK - Rechenzentren m/w/d | Schwalbach am Taunus, Germany | On-site We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mechanical/SHK Construction Manager for Data Centers. This role is crucial for steering the future of our data center projects, contributing significantly to our success in the greater Frankfurt am Main area. The Role • Project and customer management for our construction sites in the Sanitary/Heating/Ventilation sectors. • Leading your installation and subcontractor teams to ensure projects are executed according to contract specifications in the Sanitary/Heating/Ventilation fields. • Creating contract-compliant billing documentation through accurate measurements. • Organizing material and personnel deployment. • Direct coordination with planners, architects, and external trades. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a service technician / plant mechanic for sanitary, heating, climate, or ventilation technology, or a comparable qualification. • Experience with projects in technical building equipment / industrial piping / plant engineering. • Ideally, at least 3 years of professional experience as a Construction Manager or Site Supervisor, or in a similar role. • Preferably, additional qualifications (e.g., welding courses, site supervisor training) and IT skills. • German language skills (minimum B2 level).
