Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Quality Developer to support enterprise data management and MassHealth Data Modernization initiatives. The role will focus on Data Quality, Data Governance, Informatica, Advanced SQL, data mastering, and large-scale data management.

The ideal candidate will work closely with data architecture, engineering, business, QA, and analytics teams to develop data quality solutions, validations, reporting, and governance processes.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)
• Informatica Data Governance
• Data Quality & Data Governance Management
• Advanced SQL
• Experience working with large-scale / multi-terabyte data warehouses
• Experience with EDC (Enterprise Data Catalog) and Axon
• Business glossaries, policies, dashboards, search, and Axon Maps
• Strong data quality principles and validation experience

Preferred Skills

• AWS Cloud and/or Snowflake
• Java and JavaScript
• Python
• Tableau or Cognos
• Healthcare / Medicaid data experience
• ETL and data integrity
• Linux and Shell Scripting
• Cloud architecture and networking

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data quality rules, validations, and solutions
• Configure and maintain Informatica EDC and Axon
• Translate data governance requirements into Axon workflows
• Develop solutions for data mastering
• Perform data extraction, manipulation, analysis, and validation using advanced SQL
• Work with large-volume data warehouses
• Review ETL processes and identify data integrity issues
• Develop reports, scorecards, dashboards, and data visualizations
• Support web/application development using Java, JavaScript, and Python
• Document technical processes and data quality standards
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
• Identify data trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
• Establish and promote Data Quality best practices

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Java development experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience working in complex enterprise data environments
• Healthcare data experience is a plus
