The Role • Provide essential roadside assistance and repairs to members. • Work an average of 40 hours per week with shifts between 06:00 and 02:00. • Receive your roster seven days in advance, with core hours confirmed three days prior. • Embrace a dynamic role that requires adaptability and problem-solving on the go. • Maintain your own kit and van, ensuring accurate reporting of all jobs. What You'll Need • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • Demonstrable technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A strong customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills. • A full UK driving licence. • Flexibility to work at relatively short notice and openness to travel with occasional overnight stays.
