The Role • Lead and manage a team of 100+ hourly merchandising associates across 200+ retail locations. • Ensure on-time project execution for merchandising initiatives like category resets, stocking, and audits. • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with retail partners and client personnel. • Oversee recruiting, training, and employee relations for the assigned district. • Manage district costs, including travel and labor, while cultivating a flexible workforce. • Travel extensively to job sites to engage with clients and employees, driving execution excellence. What You'll Need • Proven experience in retail or field operations management. • Strong understanding of retail merchandising practices. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in web-based reporting tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently. • A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel frequently.
