About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with a strong background in Luxury Sales, Hospitality, MICE, Exhibitions, Wealth Management, or High-End Client Acquisition. The ideal candidate should have experience handling HNI/UHNI clients, closing high-value deals, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads for premium real estate projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, investors, and channel partners.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property consultations.
• Develop strategic partnerships and referral networks.
• Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure successful deal closures.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Desired Profile:

• 6-10 years of experience in Luxury Sales, Hospitality, MICE, Exhibitions, Real Estate, Wealth Management, or similar industries.
• Proven track record in high-ticket sales and client relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
• Goa-based candidates preferred.
