Part-Time Community Hubs Coordinator - Build School Partnerships

Lutheran Care is seeking a Part Time (0.6 FTE) Community Hubs Coordinator for our Oaklands Park office in South Australia. You will work with the Senior Coordinator to support school-based hubs, collaborating with Community Hubs Australia and allied providers across SA.

You'll build partnerships, mentor hub leaders, and help deliver reporting and program plans within tight timeframes, while fostering inclusive, collaborative community development.
