Description:

• Independently Lead the detailed planning and management of the project from inception to project completion
• Ability to understand system upgrades for the TrackWise/LabVantage systems.
• Stakeholder communication and presentation experience
• Manage scope, budget, and schedule for project success.
• Create, maintain, and share all project related documents like charter, plan, risk register, issue list, presentations etc.

Responsibilities:

The Senior IT Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Leading the planning and management of IT projects from start to finish
• Understanding system upgrades for TrackWise/LabVantage systems
• Communicating with stakeholders and making presentations
• Managing project scope, budget, and schedule for successful completion
• Creating and maintaining project documents such as charters, plans, risk registers, and presentations

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Experience with TrackWise and LabVantage systems
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Public Relations
