Clinician Adoption & Training Specialist

Solventum is expanding its Australian team and seeks an Adoption Specialist to drive user adoption of clinician-facing solutions. You will deliver tailored training, optimise workflows, and analyse usage data to drive measurable benefits for clinicians and healthcare staff.

Responsibilities include conducting onsite or virtual training, partnering with project teams, and serving as the primary post-project contact. Travel of 30-40% is required from time to time.
