The Role • Lead the planning and execution of integration and test programs for verification and validation activities. • Develop and execute complex software and hardware test plans and procedures for system-level testing. • Lead complex integration activities and the development of test environments and tools. • Provide technical and programmatic leadership to internal teams and external customers. • Conduct data analysis, prepare test briefings, and write comprehensive test reports. • Mentor and provide technical guidance to less experienced engineers. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics. • 15+ years of experience in a technical environment, with a primary focus on Test Engineering. • Proven background in Radar-focused software and hardware system integration and test activities. • Hands-on experience with Radar Systems and leading Developmental Test and Evaluation, FAT, and SAT. • Proficiency in C++, Linux, and/or digital hardware, with MATLAB experience for tool development/analysis. • Demonstrated leadership skills with cross-functional experience and excellent stakeholder communication abilities.
