Position Overview

Seeking an Industry 4.0 Engineer to help connect manufacturing equipment, collect and structure machine/process data, and generate operational insights. This role bridges manufacturing operations, OT/IT systems, data engineering, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Connectivity & Data Acquisition

• Connect manufacturing equipment and IIoT data sources
• Support machine telemetry and data collection
• Validate signal quality and connected asset health

Data Engineering & Analytics

• Structure and normalize manufacturing data
• Develop data pipelines for real-time and historical analysis
• Build dashboards and operational reports
• Generate insights related to safety, quality, throughput, and reliability

Operational Integration

• Work with manufacturing, operations, EHS, quality, and IT/OT teams
• Support actionable data-driven decision making
• Develop repeatable deployment standards across plants

Deliverables

• Connected asset inventory
• Dashboards and reporting packages
• Documented data pipelines
• Operational insight review cadence
