Location:** Remote – 100%
Experience: 15+ years Oracle EBS / SCM

### Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced **Oracle SCM Functional WMS Consultant** with strong Oracle EBS R12.2.x experience to lead WMS and SCM functional initiatives, implementations, and production support.

### Key Requirements

* **15+ years of Oracle EBS experience** with strong WMS expertise.
* Hands-on experience with **Oracle WMS, Inventory, Order Management, and Shipping**.
* Strong knowledge of WMS processes including **picking, putaway, replenishment, wave planning, receiving, task assignment, labeling, cross-docking, and physical inventory**.
* Strong Oracle EBS R12.2.x configuration and implementation experience.
* Experience with end-to-end implementations including **requirements, CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live**.
* Experience with BRDs, FDDs, process documentation, and data migration/conversion.
* Understanding of RICEW objects and SCM integrations.
* **PL/SQL knowledge required; strong PL/SQL preferred.**
* Manufacturing and warehouse implementation experience preferred.
* Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
* Ability to lead WMS implementations and mentor/support L2 teams.

**Must Have:** Deep Oracle EBS WMS functional experience with strong Inventory, OM, and Shipping knowledge.
