They are seeking a driven Senior Systems Administrator to join their dynamic team. The Role • Lead system administration for Linux and Windows-based systems within secure, mission-critical environments. • Architect and manage complex server, storage, and virtualization infrastructure, including VMware and KVM. • Perform OS installation, configuration, hardening, and patching in compliance with security standards and policies. • Monitor and tune system performance, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve complex technical issues. • Oversee and maintain automation scripts and infrastructure as code using tools like Ansible and PowerShell. • Support deployment of system enhancements and modernization initiatives. What You'll Need • Active Top Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain TS/SCI with Polygraph. • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field and 8-12 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • DoD 8570 IAT Level II or III certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CASP+, CISSP). • Proficiency with Linux (Red Hat Enterprise Linux or CentOS) and Windows Server administration. • Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, KVM) and automation/scripting tools (Ansible, Bash, PowerShell, Python). • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government) and hybrid cloud environments.
