Radiology Medical Assistant (MFA) | Owschlag, Germany | On-site We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join a leading healthcare provider in Schleswig-Holstein, known for its comprehensive patient care across multiple specialized centers. The Role • Manage structured patient coordination from reception to examination areas. • Schedule appointments efficiently and provide competent phone support to patients. • Handle patient registration in the radiology outpatient department and prepare necessary documents for upcoming examinations. • Process imaging requests, import external CDs, and create CDs for patients or referring physicians. • Ensure accurate forwarding of samples to the laboratory and pathology, and manage contrast media distribution. What You'll Need • Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA). • A strong interest in the field of radiology and neuroradiology. • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate attention to detail. • Professional, friendly, and empathetic demeanor when interacting with patients. • Proficiency in electronic patient data processing, standard PC programs (MS Office), and medical terminology.
