The Programme Office is a key part of the IT function. This is an exciting time to join a growing area of the Group.
More about your role
Reporting to the Agile Delivery Lead (Programme Manager), we are looking to recruit a Scrum Master on a permanent basis.
As an agile delivery specialist, you'll enable teams to deliver value effectively by facilitating Scrum ceremonies that are focused, efficient, and outcome driven. You'll remove delivery impediments, manage dependencies, and protect teams from unnecessary disruption, while coaching them to embed agile mindset and best practice.
Working closely with Product and Project Managers, you'll support backlog refinement and prioritisation, promote data driven delivery through meaningful metrics, and champion agile ways of working across Places for People to drive collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. We're also looking for you to have the experience or curiosity to utilise AI tools as part of your role.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working as a Scrum Master. Experience of working with AI tools and a data driven mindset are desired.
