Job Description
Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new referral networks, partnerships, and community relationships to grow the hospital's patient base and service reach. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with doctors, clinics, and corporate clients, managing outreach programs, and tracking business development activities to achieve growth targets. The Business Development Manager will analyze local market trends, support marketing initiatives, prepare performance reports, and collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to enhance visibility of ENT services. The role also involves maintaining strong professional relationships, ensuring consistent follow-up, and promoting RoopJeevan Hospital's quality standards in all external interactions.

Qualifications
- Experience in business development, sales, or healthcare marketing, preferably within hospitals or medical services.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage doctors, clinics, and corporate partners.
- Solid understanding of local healthcare market dynamics and patient referral channels in and around Raipur.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with proficiency in written and spoken English; local language skills are an advantage.
- Capability to work independently, plan outreach activities, meet defined targets, and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, CRM tools) for tracking leads and performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certifications are beneficial.
- Prior experience in ENT or specialty hospital settings is an added advantage, along with a strong commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.
