Job Description
Hunter New England Local Health District in NSW seeks a Hospital Assistant - Grade 2 to provide environmental cleaning services and support for clients' homes under MDT referrals. You will travel to clients' homes within Kurri Kurri, Singleton, and Muswellbrook, delivering person-centred care as part of a 12-week program.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team, uphold WHS standards, and contribute to safe, clean, and supportive environments that promote clients' health and independence.
