The Role • Manage the repair and replacement of vehicle glass, including the calibration of driver assistance systems. • Oversee technical and operational aspects of the service center, ensuring adherence to all company standards and implementing daily operational planning. • Provide customer service from order intake to vehicle handover, including detailed consultations. • Handle invoicing, customer payments, and manage incoming orders and dispatching. • Ensure quality assurance measures are in place, manage inventory, and maintain audit-relevant standards. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, with a preference for experience as a vehicle mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork builder. • Willingness to undertake a proficiency examination as an operations manager or holding the relevant qualification. • A valid driver's license (Class B) and strong administrative and PC skills. • Excellent customer and service orientation, with strong communication abilities. • A collaborative spirit, with the ability to work independently and foster trust. • Commitment to inclusive values and welcoming all individuals.
