  • Create and maintain functional, non-functional, and regulatory requirements.
  • Own roadmaps, planning, execution, and release processes across multiple products or features.
  • Write and review user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature requirements.
  • Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to manage dependencies, resolve delivery risks, and maintain quality.
  • Define success criteria, OKRs, KPIs, and adoption metrics to measure outcomes and guide product decisions.
  • Advocate for customers throughout the product lifecycle and prioritize issues affecting satisfaction and product quality.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment and communicate product priorities, decisions, and trade-offs.
  • Support go-to-market activities through release overviews, presentations, demonstrations, and user documentation.
  • Recruit and support early adopters, gather feedback, and refine product capabilities.
  • Mentor junior team members and improve product management practices and processes.

Mandatory Skills

  • 6–10+ years of relevant experience, with demonstrated capability in product management, product strategy, and roadmap ownership.
  • Strong ability to prioritize products and features using business value, customer needs, market evidence, and technical feasibility.
  • Experience conducting customer discovery, market analysis, competitive research, and solution validation.
  • Experience owning the product lifecycle from discovery and requirements through delivery, release, and adoption.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams using agile and continuous-delivery practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using OKRs, KPIs, customer feedback, and adoption data to guide decisions.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams without direct authority.
  • Strong customer advocacy, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements affecting financial services products.
  • Experience evaluating revenue models and developing business cases for new product opportunities.
