The Role • Develop long-term advertising relationships through professional sales techniques. • Meet and exceed sales objectives within an assigned territory. • Identify potential growth areas and open new accounts. • Target businesses and visit established clients and competitors' clients. • Utilize computer tools for prospect location, proposal preparation, and research. • Participate in sales meetings, seminars, and trade shows. What You'll Need • 5+ years of proven sales or media experience, including B2B product sales. • Comfort with cold calling, both in-person and over the phone. • Ability to make oral presentations and articulate policies clearly. • Strong time management and self-organization skills. • Resilience in the face of rejection and intrinsic self-motivation. • A valid Driver’s License. What's On Offer • First-year earning potential of $70,000 - $89,000, including uncapped commission. • Monday-Friday schedule with paid holidays and a combination of office and field work. • Monthly auto and cell allowances. • Comprehensive training, including Lamar Sales School, and opportunities for professional development.
