This opportunity is ideal for a Senior SailPoint IIQ Developer looking to deliver enterprise-scale identity and access management solutions within a major telecommunications environment. The role focuses on SailPoint IdentityIQ development, customisation, integrations, and platform enhancements, working closely with internal stakeholders and offshore teams to design and improve identity management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customise SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
• Build and maintain custom connectors and application integrations.
• Configure workflows, provisioning and identity lifecycle management processes.
• Support application onboarding into SailPoint.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SailPoint issues.
• Deliver platform enhancements and improvements.
• Collaborate with local teams and offshore developers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands on SailPoint IdentityIQ development experience.
• Strong experience with SailPoint IIQ customisation and development.
• Experience building custom connectors and integrations.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience with workflows, provisioning and Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes.
• Experience with Java, BeanShell scripting, REST APIs, JSON and XML.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Desirable Skills
• SailPoint IdentityNow experience.
• AWS or Azure experience.
• CI/CD experience.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.

Working Arrangement

• Melbourne based.
• Hybrid working model (typically 1 day onsite per week, occasionally 2 days).
• Collaboration with offshore delivery teams in India.
• Standard Australian business hours.

Salary

• up to $700 per day
