Principal Solution Architect – AI Products
Location: Hybrid / Remote (US Preferred)
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Principal Solution Architect to serve as the technical leader for an
enterprise AI product portfolio. This role combines technical pre-sales, enterprise solution
architecture, and implementation leadership. The successful candidate will engage with executive
stakeholders, shape customer solutions, lead discovery workshops, architect scalable
deployments, and oversee successful implementation while acting as a trusted advisor throughout
the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead technical discovery workshops and customer assessments.
• Conduct executive demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Design enterprise AI and cloud solution architectures.
• Prepare solution blueprints, Statements of Work, and implementation estimates.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and technical sales pursuits.
• Lead implementation teams through design, governance, and delivery.
• Provide architectural oversight, technical mentoring, and risk management.
• Build long-term customer relationships and drive platform adoption.
• Capture customer feedback and collaborate with product engineering on roadmap priorities.
Required Experience
• 12+ years in enterprise software architecture or consulting.
• 5+ years in technical pre-sales or solution consulting.
• Experience leading enterprise software implementations.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms, AI-enabled solutions, DevSecOps, APIs, integration, and modern
application architectures.
Preferred Technical Skills
Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Copilot, Power Platform, .NET, Java,
Kubernetes, Containers, CI/CD, AI-assisted development, application modernization, testing
automation, enterprise integration, security, governance, and cloud-native architectures.
Leadership Competencies
Executive presence, consultative selling, customer-first mindset, team leadership, coaching,
commercial awareness, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
Success Measures
