Must-Have Skills:

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license with a Bachelor s degree in Nursing and a Master s degree in Business, Management, or Nursing.
• 5+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, including 2+ years in Perioperative Services leadership.
• Strong strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice to Have Skills:

• MHS or DHA degree and CNOR or CAPA certification.
