RPA Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex UiPath-based automation solutions.
• Design end-to-end automation workflows, including attended, unattended, long-running, and event-driven processes.
• Develop API-first integrations and implement solutions using UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, and AI-powered document processing.
• Create reusable automation frameworks aligned with enterprise standards.
• Translate business requirements into scalable automation and AI-driven solutions.
• Contribute to project planning, estimation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance requirements.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in automation and Agentic AI.

Qualifications

• Hands on experience delivering UiPath automation solutions within enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in UiPath Studio (Modern Experience), UiPath Orchestrator, and REF Framework-based solution development.
• Experience with attended, unattended, long-running, and event-driven workflows.
• Exposure to UiPath Maestro, agentic workflows, and human-in-the-loop automation patterns.
• Experience integrating systems using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and event driven architecture patterns.
• Understanding of LLM integration and AI-powered automation use cases, including Azure OpenAI or OpenAI-based solutions.
• Experience with UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, or machine learning-based automation capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of automation design principles, exception handling, logging, monitoring, and performance optimisation.
• Experience integrating with Microsoft technologies including Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and enterprise databases such as SQL Server and Oracle.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
