Private Equity Senior Associate

Position Overview

A leading private equity firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Technology investment team. The role offers exposure across the full investment lifecycle, including sourcing, diligence, execution, portfolio management, and exit planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and execute investments across software, technology-enabled services, fintech, cybersecurity, and related technology sectors.
• Build and maintain financial models, including LBO, valuation, and operating models.
• Conduct industry research and support due diligence efforts.
• Prepare investment committee materials and deal presentations.
• Work closely with portfolio company management teams on strategic and operational initiatives.
• Assist with add-on acquisitions, value creation initiatives, and exit processes.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in private equity, investment banking (TMT), growth equity, or corporate development.
• Strong transaction execution experience and advanced financial modeling skills.
• Demonstrated interest in the technology sector.
• Outstanding analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials.
