The Role • Lead a team of merchandising associates and oversee operations across a large market area. • Drive the execution of key merchandising initiatives, including category resets and new item introductions. • Recruit, train, and mentor a team to ensure high performance and client satisfaction. • Maintain a consistent on-time project execution rate and achieve financial targets. • Foster strong relationships with retail partners and client personnel. • Travel frequently to retail locations to ensure quality project execution and team support. What You'll Need • Proven experience in retail or field operations management, preferably with merchandising focus. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a team of 100+. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail. • Proficiency in web-based reporting tools and standard Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). • Effective verbal and written communication skills for client and team interaction. • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel extensively within the district.
