The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their location. • Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and checks on light vehicles. • Manage your own stock, complete reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication. • Utilize your problem-solving skills to make independent decisions for customer solutions. • Represent the organisation with professionalism and a customer-focused approach. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles. • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
