The Role • Build and lead your own EASYFITNESS studio. • Manage P&L, including personnel, revenue, costs, and quality. • Lead, motivate, and develop your team of employees. • Drive local marketing efforts and member acquisition. • Ensure an outstanding studio experience for all members. • Uphold EASYFITNESS brand and quality standards. What You'll Need • Own capital ranging from €25,000 to €75,000. • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-directed action. • Strong leadership and teamwork abilities. • A passion for building your own business. • Experience in fitness, service, management, or sales preferred (cross-industry professionals welcome). • Enthusiasm for fitness, health, and people.
