Multi-Specialty Account Manager | Naples, FL | Hybrid | $110,000 - $126,000
We're hiring on behalf of a globally recognized biopharmaceutical company with a specific focus on brain health and over 70 years of neuroscience expertise. This organization is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with neurological and psychiatric diseases and is driven by a mission to advance brain health, fostering a culture of curiosity, adaptability, and accountability.
The Role
• Lead the promotion of a psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies, allocate resources, and monitor progress to maximize sales performance within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders, incorporating a "total office" account management approach.
• Gather and analyze market trends and dynamics, map account linkages, and leverage comprehensive therapeutic knowledge to identify and prioritize opportunities.
• Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and effectively address payer access issues across various healthcare systems.
• Ensure adherence to all pharmaceutical and regulatory environments, including company policies and FDA regulations.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 2-5 years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales experience.
• Proven ability to master disease and product knowledge, with annual certification required.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic, tenacity, and exceptional communication skills.
• Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and using digital tools to drive business objectives.
• Must reside within 40 miles of the territory boundaries and possess a valid driver's license.

• Competitive salary range of $110,000 - $126,000 with an incentive target of $40,500.
