• 2+ years of experience building AI Agents within Amazon Connect
• Experience with AI/Conversational AI and IVR

2. Fraud Operations | 2 Positions
Senior Architect

• 12+ years overall IT experience
• 5+ years Amazon Connect/Lex
• Hands-on IVR & Outbound experience
• Amazon Connect Journeys
• Financial Services domain experience

Senior Developer

• 7+ years overall IT experience
• Hands-on Amazon Connect/Lex
• Outbound calling experience
• Amazon Connect Journeys

3. Credit Card Authentication | 3 Positions

• 5+ years Amazon Connect/Lex
• Hands-on Lead/Architect experience
• IVR authentication flow design
• Financial Services/Credit Card experience
• Experience with Pindrop, OTP, and/or Passkeys
