Job Summary

We are looking for an Information Security SETA (Security Education, Training & Awareness) Specialist to develop and manage information security awareness and training programs across the organization. The role will help employees understand cybersecurity risks, security policies, and safe technology practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain information security awareness and training programs.
• Create security awareness content, presentations, newsletters, guides, and communications.
• Conduct regular cybersecurity training for employees and relevant stakeholders.
• Manage security awareness campaigns, including phishing simulations.
• Track employee participation, training completion, and awareness metrics.
• Identify common security knowledge gaps and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Promote awareness of phishing, social engineering, password security, data protection, and acceptable-use practices.
• Support onboarding and periodic security training programs.
• Maintain security awareness policies, procedures, and training documentation.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, Compliance, and Security teams on awareness initiatives.
• Support security audits and compliance requirements related to employee awareness and training.
• Monitor emerging cybersecurity threats and incorporate relevant topics into awareness programs.

Required Skills & Experience

• Good understanding of information security principles and cybersecurity threats.
• Experience developing training materials and security awareness communications.
• Knowledge of phishing, social engineering, password security, data privacy, and secure computing practices.
• Experience with security awareness or learning management platforms is preferred.
• Strong written, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
