Job Description:

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and validation of next-generation software-defined radios (SDR) and advanced communication systems. The role focuses on electrical circuit design, RF and digital hardware, system debugging, and collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test electrical components and communication systems.
• Design and debug electrical circuits and hardware.
• Interpret engineering specifications, schematics, and block diagrams.
• Support RF and digital hardware development and validation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on complex projects.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field with 5+ years of experience (or Master's with 3+ years).
• Electrical Circuit Design & Debugging.
• Experience reading schematics, specifications, and block diagrams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret Clearance.

Preferred Skills:

• RF Test Equipment (Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Power Meters).
• RF & Digital Hardware.
• Basic VHDL Programming.
• Hardware Requirements Derivation.
• Experience with LTSpice, AWR Microwave Office, Mentor Graphics, Xpedition, LabVIEW, and DOORS.
