At KidsUnited, we're more than a youth sports company—we're building confidence, developing character, and creating unforgettable experiences for children ages 18 months to 9 years through fun, engaging soccer-based programs.

We're looking for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Sales Associate who loves connecting with people and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do

As the first point of contact for many of our families, you'll play a critical role in creating an exceptional experience while helping grow our membership community.

Your responsibilities will include:

Welcome prospective and current members with enthusiasm and professionalism Convert leads into memberships through phone calls, tours, follow-up, and relationship building Meet and exceed monthly membership and sales goals Conduct timely follow-up with prospective families using our CRM system Build relationships with local schools, preschools, businesses, and community partners to generate referrals Assist with member check-in and provide exceptional customer service during daily operations Process memberships, retail purchases, and payments accurately Promote and sell birthday party packages and special events Maintain accurate records and customer communications within our CRM Support club events, marketing initiatives, and community outreach Work closely with the leadership team to deliver an outstanding member experience What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, confident, and genuinely enjoys working with people Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve goals Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A strong communicator, both in person and over the phone Positive, coachable, and eager to learn Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service Qualifications

Previous sales, membership, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Experience working in a fitness, sports, recreation, or family-focused environment is a plus Experience working with children or families is preferred High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required Why Join KidsUnited?
