508 Accessibility & WCAG QA Engineer

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience.
• 4+ years of experience testing Drupal-based websites.
• Strong knowledge of Section 508 and WCAG 2.1/2.2 accessibility standards.
• Hands-on experience with accessibility testing tools and assistive technologies including JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack.
• Experience performing manual accessibility testing, keyboard navigation testing, and screen reader testing.
• Experience with web and native mobile accessibility testing.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and defect management.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Drupal 10 and Drupal 11.
• Experience supporting Drupal migration projects.
• Experience with Siteimprove and ClickUp.
• Knowledge of accessibility remediation and compliance reporting.
• Experience developing accessibility processes, standards, and training materials.
• Familiarity with QA automation tools and testing best practices.
