Job Description:

* Understand the Business End to End.

* Understand the Salesforce Service Cloud application architecture and business workflows.

* Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions.

* Understand project timelines, release schedules, and testing deadlines.

* Provide impact analysis for new requirements or changes from a QA and automation perspective.

* Responsible for test strategy, test planning, test design, and automation coverage with the team.

* Collaborate with developers, Salesforce administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.

* Ensure test quality, automation reliability, and release readiness.

* Lead QA deliverables and prioritize testing activities with stakeholders.

* Understand and follow current code build, deployment, and test execution patterns across all environments.

* Perform post-deployment smoke and validation testing before broader QA and business testing begins.

Qualifications

Required:

* 8+ years of hands-on experience as a QA Automation Engineer with Selenium WebDriver.

* Strong hands-on experience testing Salesforce Service Cloud applications.

* Design, develop, and maintain scalable UI automation frameworks using Selenium.

* Experience developing automation using Java and frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber/BDD, Page Object Model, or equivalent.

* Strong experience validating Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities including Case Management, Service Console, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, queues, assignment/routing rules, and service workflows.

* Experience testing Salesforce Flows, validation rules, profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and user access scenarios.

* Experience with functional, regression, integration, system, end-to-end, smoke, and release validation testing.

* Experience with API testing using Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI, or similar tools, including validation of Salesforce integrations.

* Strong understanding of SOQL and Salesforce data validation for testing and troubleshooting.

* Experience creating reusable automation components, test data utilities, and automated regression suites.

* Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and Git-based development workflows.

* Experience with defect tracking, test management, and Agile/Scrum delivery using tools such as Jira or equivalent.

* Ability to analyze automation failures, troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and work closely with developers for resolution.

Desired:

* Experience with cross-browser or cloud-based testing platforms such as BrowserStack or Sauce Labs.

* Familiarity with Gearset and Salesforce release/deployment processes.

* Familiarity with Kiro.

* Healthcare, Patient Services, patient support programs, or related healthcare domain testing experience.
