The Role • Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and high levels of customer satisfaction. • Act as the direct deputy to the store manager, overseeing efficient workflow management and leading the team in a subordinate capacity. • Undertake all operational tasks within the sales floor and stockroom, including goods receipt, merchandising, and quality checks. • Manage product stocking and freshness checks for various departments, such as produce and bakery. • Perform cashier duties alongside supporting stockroom and cleaning activities. What You'll Need • A strong work ethic and the drive to contribute positively to the team. • A completed apprenticeship in retail, or relevant experience in retail or a related field. • A friendly demeanor and enjoyment of interacting with customers. • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks. • Flexibility, teamwork skills, organizational talent, and leadership experience. • Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) to ensure effective communication.
