Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive to drive
business growth by identifying new opportunities, acquiring clients, and promoting IT services
including Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and
networking
Identify potential clients and build strong business relationships
Promote services such as IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and IT Staffing
Schedule meetings and deliver effective sales presentations
Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for solutions
Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of B2B sales processes
Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle
Negotiation and presentation skills
Self-driven and target-focused
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
1-4 years of experience in IT services sales / business development
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IT Infrastructure / Cloud / Cybersecurity sales
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms
Exposure to domestic or international market
