Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and promote DEONICS' technology services across software development, web and app development, systems integration, cloud, and cybersecurity. Daily activities include prospecting and lead generation, qualifying opportunities, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating with technical teams to align solutions with client needs. The role also involves managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, tracking market trends and competitors, and providing regular business performance reports to leadership. Collaboration with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and participate in online events or client meetings will be an integral part of the position.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in business development, sales prospecting, lead generation, and opportunity qualification.
- Experience in client relationship management, account management, and stakeholder communication.
- Understanding of IT services such as software development, web and app development, cloud solutions, systems integration, and cybersecurity.
- Ability to prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Skills in market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning to support growth initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Comfort working in a remote environment, with strong time management, organization, and self-motivation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is an advantage.
- Prior experience in IT services or technology solutions sales is highly beneficial.
