Mechanical Shift Engineer

We are working with a Global facilities provider who are seeking a Mechanical Shift Engineer to join the team on one of their largest contracts in central London.<br />This is a brilliant opportunity to work in partnership with a global tech giant in their brand new European HQ. Working within a state of the art property that offers an incredible amount technical exposure.<br />Continental Shift - Days &amp; Nights<br />Shift Engineer Key Responsibilities

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
• Air Handling Units (AHUs)
• Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
• Pumps (including bearings and mechanical seals)
• Water treatment (tap tests, dosing, cooling tower checks, etc.)
• General plumbing
• Generators
• BMS operation
• Motors<br />Requirements
• Mechanically qualified to City &amp; Guilds Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent
• Apprentice trained (desirable)
• Proven experience within building services maintenance
• Strong client-facing skills and professional manner<br />Package on offer for the Mechanical Shift Engineer
• £50,000 + £5500 shift allowance
• Continental shift pattern (days and nights)
• 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
