Dynamics 365 Tech Lead - Fully Remote - to 65K

I am seeking a Dynamics 365 Tech Lead to work for a well-known client who are looking for a leader to grow their internal development team. This is a fully remote position, and you will be heading up a team and taking full responsibility for the CRM development team. The role may be suitable for a Senior Dynamics Developer looking to take a step up into a leadership position.

What you'll do:

• Lead team of Dynamics Developers, overseeing the full SDLC
• Act as technical authority for Dynamics 365 (CE), ensuring best practice againsty development and configuration
• Drive continuous improvement through solution design and optimisation
• Lead CRM engineering practices
• Establish best practices across the team
• Own and contribute to the design and implementation of Dynamics solutions using Power Platform and Azure Intergrations
