We're Hiring: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

TAC - School of Modern Learning Madhapur, Hyderabad


TAC is India's first Creative OTT learning platform helping BA, BCom, and BBA graduates from Tier 2/3 cities crack creative careers through real skills - not just certificates. We're DPIIT-recognized, NSDC-affiliated, and growing fast.

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves the craft of selling - not someone who stumbled into sales because nothing else worked out.


What You'll Do

You'll be the first voice a student hears from TAC. You'll understand what they want from their career, what's holding them back, and show them exactly how TAC gets them there. This means counselling prospective students and parents over calls and in-person meetings, building pipeline through outreach across colleges in AP and Telangana, converting inbound leads from our digital campaigns into enrolled students, and owning your numbers end to end - from first call to course enrollment.


Who You Are

You have at least 1 year of experience in any sales or business development role - EdTech, insurance, real estate, retail, D2C - the industry doesn't matter. What matters is that you've sold something to someone and enjoyed doing it.


You understand that selling isn't convincing - it's listening. You pick up on what a student actually needs versus what they say they need. You know how to handle objections without sounding scripted. You genuinely get curious about people and what drives their decisions.

You're comfortable with targets and don't panic when the month starts at zero. You see that as a game to win, not a burden to survive.
