The Role • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) in nursing, interpret data trends, and derive actionable recommendations for improvement. • Initiate, plan, and lead nursing-focused working groups and projects, driving strategic initiatives forward. • Participate in direct patient care activities to maintain a practical understanding of clinical needs and challenges. • Prepare, conduct, and evaluate internal nursing audits against expert and internal standards to ensure quality. • Create, manage, and maintain quality management documentation, providing essential support to the Head of Nursing. • Design, organize, and assess internal training sessions, documenting nursing science-related activities and contributing to public relations efforts. What You'll Need • Completed 3-year nursing qualification and relevant professional experience. • A degree in a nursing-related field (e.g., Nursing Science, Advanced Nursing Practice). • Advanced skills in statistics, data collection, and data processing. • Experience in quality management and implementation of quality standards in a nursing environment. • Proven ability to conceptualize, implement, and evaluate training programs and interdisciplinary further education. • Strong organizational talent, teamwork skills, flexibility, and the ability to collaborate constructively across professional groups.
