Key Role Overview

• Position: Quality Assurance Analyst Consultant
• Location: Columbia, SC
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)
• Interview Process: 1 Round (Virtual/Online)
• Residency: Must be an SC resident or willing to relocate prior to start date.

Core Skill Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

• IBM C ram Testing: 2+ years testing IBM Curam software.
• Test Design & Execution: 3+ years translating business policies into test cases & building test scenarios.
• Defect Reporting: Strong skills in tracking, reporting, and communicating gaps to dev teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Domain Knowledge: Healthcare / Medicaid experience.
• Tools: Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Methodologies: Experience in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Enterprise QA: 5+ years working in large-scale enterprise systems.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, build, and execute automated & manual test cases for application stability and security.
• Perform regression, usability, and negative testing.
• Collaborate directly with software engineers to resolve technical bugs and optimize performance.

Education & Background

• Degree: Bachelor's degree in CS, Business, or related field (or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
