About us The Margaret Family is seeking passionate hospitality professionals to join the team at Gran Torino.

Gran Torino delivers contemporary Italian dining celebrating premium Australian produce, working alongside Neil Perry and a professional, welcoming team in one of Sydney's leading hospitality groups.

We're looking for Senior Section Waiters with:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in quality restaurants
  • Confident managing your own section
  • Strong food & wine knowledge

You'll need:

  • RSA certification
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Availability evenings, weekends & public holidays
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude
