seeking a Senior Manager - Support and Delivery/Projects in the south Florida area.

3-5 Must Haves
support responsibilities can occasionally extend into weekends to help ensure seamless 24/7 operations. That said, the majority of after-hours coverage is handled by our dedicated on-call teams.
We are looking for a hands-on leader who can:
Lead technology support operations while driving delivery of projects and initiatives.
Bring strong organization, prioritization, and operational discipline.
Drive issues to resolution and ensure commitments are delivered.

Duties:

Communicate effectively with executives, stakeholders, and technical teams
Be proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable operating with limited direction
Identify opportunities to improve and scale support and delivery through automation and AI
Bachelor s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field (Master s preferred)
7 years of experience in project management, technical service delivery, or operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Professional certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI-ACP, or ITIL is highly preferred
