Job Description

We are looking for dynamic, target-driven, and result-oriented Business Development cum Recruitment Manager with experience in the Staffing & Recruitment Industry for the following locations:

Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India


Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • :Identify, develop, and acquire new clients for staffing, recruitment, and manpower outsourcing services within the assigned region
  • .Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Heads, Hiring Managers, Procurement Teams, and key decision-makers to generate long-term business opportunities
  • .Generate new business leads through cold calling, client meetings, networking, market visits, referrals, and industry events
  • .Present and promote the company's staffing solutions to prospective clients and successfully convert leads into business opportunities
  • .Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, contracts, and service agreements as per client requirements and company policies
  • .Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through effective business development strategies and client acquisition
  • .Ensure timely fulfillment of client manpower requirements, including bulk hiring and large-scale recruitment projects
  • .Lead, guide, and supervise the recruitment team to ensure timely sourcing, screening, selection, and deployment of candidates
  • .Monitor recruitment progress, client requirements, and deployment status to ensure high service quality and client satisfaction
  • .Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates, resolving concerns, and ensuring smooth service delivery
  • .Identify new market opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and implement business growth strategies to expand the branch's market presence
  • .Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for recruitment and business development teams and track their achievements
  • .Monitor branch performance against defined KRAs and KPIs, ensuring operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability
  • .Maintain accurate records of client agreements, business communications, recruitment activities, MIS reports, and operational documentation
  • .Handle client escalations, employee issues, and branch-level operational challenges while ensuring compliance with company policies and service standards


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business.
  • 3+ years' of management or supervisory experience.
