What You'll Need • Completed training as a nurse, geriatric nurse, or registered nurse. • Flexibility and teamwork skills are essential. • Willingness to work shifts, including morning and afternoon shifts (night shifts optional). • Empathy and strong communication abilities. • Reliability and a sense of responsibility.
